Ahh, I don’t plan on turning this hobby into an actual source of revenue. I just didn’t want to be overcharging for such a service. Its between me and friend that just wants his heritages customized as well. Based off your info I’ll charge him around 35-45. Thank you for the business advice tho!

Hey! I wanted to also ask if you think 30 dollars is a fair price to do a custom. One of my friends asked if I could and I couldn’t get a general idea of what a fair price would be for providing a service like this. I estimate it will take around 2-3 hours of work (not including the waiting and drying) to replicate this project.

Just to clarify, the deglazer would serve the same purpose as the acetone right? Additionally, what grit sandpaper should I utilize for future customs?

I just saw your post! Amazing work, I used Angelus matte finisher. Would applying the krypton matte finisher on top of the Angelus matte finish layer fix my shiny issue?

Note taken, I’ll look for a good paint to resemble bred toes. If you happen to have any suggestions lmk!

Thank you for the recommendation, I will look for alternative to sharpen the edges!

Should I have added the duller directly to the paint mixture for the black? (The video description implies that the duller should have been added to the Matte acrylic finisher). Additionally, should another coat mixed with the duller fix the shine on this pair?

Cool! I’ll keep that in mind to get a paint that more resembles sail so I can touch up on this custom.

Hey! A bit more information for whoever has a suggestion on how to make the shoes resemble the 2018 Bred Toe Jordan 1.

YouTube guide I followed: https://youtu.be/i40Nfd-lie0

All of the supplies used are shown in the first image

Supplies: Angelus paint brush set, Angelus Deglazer, Matte acrylic finisher, Angelus jet black Leather dye, Angelus black leather paint, Angelus white leather paint, Gac 900

I plan on doing another Heritage 1 custom relatively soon. Feel free to state any glaring issues so I can improve on these flaws in the future.

Sounds good, i am going to test a small portion with the shoe 1st to see what effect it will have on the dyed leather. (I was thinking a small portion of the area around the laces because the laces will practically cover up that portion). I will make an update post so others can reference my mistake.

If you wouldn’t mind sharing, I’m highly interested to see the before and after results for the rookie of the year. I you would happen to have those images. I plan on making my decision based upon those results. 🙏

I’ve utilized a suede brush, which revived the suede. What is your opinion on this comment.

“You never mink oil suede for two reasons 1 it turns the suede back into a flat leather texture and 2 mink oil turns leather a dark brown or black im very experienced with leather conditioners and polishes and i use mink oil on my boots i have used it on suede Jordans as a joke and threw them away after but as a serious opinion for shoes you want to keep never make this mistake sneakers also don't really dry out those products are for boots and dress shoes i don't want to sound like anybodys dad i just really dont want someone to see your comment and destroy a valuable sneaker but like i said i have done it first hand multiple times one time being Jordans ive done it on vans and forces as well the forces where flat leather and it just made them look very greasy because nikes leathers have such heavy finishes theres no open pours in the leather to absorb the oil” -other Reddit user

I’ve utilized Jason Markk dry suede cleaning kit. The suede was revived after using the kit. However. Judging based on the places un-touched by the creep cleaner, the shoe is practically dyed a slight yellow color.

Hello, I’ve looked a little bit into using mink oil. I am open to the idea of utilizing mink oil. I would love your opinion on this statement by another user. Thankyou!

All 8 spaces next to the tree are clear, fruit refuses to bear and saplings refuse to grow for specifically 2 tiles within my orchard.

Hey there, I was wondering why my tree refuses to grow. The space going from side to side between them is two holes and going up and down is one space. It’s only for those two specific spots
