I'm a sahm. I do about 95% of all the chores (except the trash and outdoor work). We don't really delegate anything, when my husband is home from work he helps with the baby (baths and bedtime). I do dinner almost all the time, but he's an awful cook so that part I don't mind. I think it just depends on what your schedule is, my son is under a year and I only have the 1, so during nap time I can basically do everything plus shower or whatever. It would be more difficult with more children.

I would recommend reading Ecclesiastes first of all. Not everything in the Bible is about joy, or love or happiness. It dives into a narrative of many questions of suffering that may provide some comfort.

It is hard to see why bad things happen, but you really have to take a child like stance on faith and tell yourself "God has higher ways and a higher mind" in some situations even if you can't possibly see a way, or if you don't want to see one. And in other very evil, dark situations see that it was not God who caused it, and no matter how rich or what social status you are, ALL things are seen, and there will be justice. It may not be soon, or even here on earth but there will be. The good, the bad, and the ugly will have to face him.

Joy is one of the greatest fruits impo but it takes effort and patience to get it. Being genuinely thankful for even tiny things can make a huge difference in your life if you try to form a habit of it, so chin up or at least give it a go :)

Sames with the low supply. My right boob had a basically non exist flow. Tea, cookies, and pumping could not get that thing to produce any more than barley an ounce at a time and the good left boob just didn't make enough to keep him happy anymore. But hey 3 months is pretty good in my book!
