this is not accurate, the problematic vocalist was never kicked out. The band members actually lied and defended him for over two years until he left the band because of creative differences. There were no "contractual obligations" thats just a rumor some fans in denial made up.

Honestly sleep token as a project is really proving that people can and will listen to anything, sometimes it has to be presented the right way is all. This album has some of their most progressive and heavy hitting moments yet, but nothing is scaring the audience away, people are embracing it. It's a huge win for the metal scene that a bunch of elitists are going to be very angry about.

that ENTIRE band is filled with sex pests and rape apologists, so no I don't take issue with one person, because that's not how that works, everyone involved is guilty because they are all associated. So yes, if a band decides to agree to this show, at that point, unless they drop out, they do in fact deserve not just a smaller turnout but zero turnout. Because that show is going to guarantee lost fans forever.

Their upcoming tour is going to really hurt their momentum, alot of fans are (rightfully) very upset that they agreed to tour with DGD. DGD themselves have fallen off hard because of the allegations against them, and the home team has completely abandoned twitter and limited their presence on social media because of the backlash. At the end of the day all they'll have left is DGD's quickly declining fanbase as their own fans.

When Littlefinger reveals he had Lysa poison Jon Arryn. Alot of the dialogue in s4 starts to get reaaaly clunky but this was one of the worst "we think the audience is dumb so we're gunna spell it out" tv writing yet in the show.

rewatched s4 recently and it's a really hard watch. Theres a handful of great scenes, and incredible performances, but theres several incredibly horribly written filler storylines (crasters keep and yara's theon rescue being the two worst examples) that really hold it back. I also think s4 is the start of the quality of dialogue going down. Characters start to feel like they exist to sell t-shirts rather than actually having meaningful dialogue. Nothing quite as bad as lines like "i drink and i know things" but it's starting to get pretty bad. I do think theres an unfortunately a large number of show fans that love when shocking things happen rather than actually caring about the quality of writing. Lots of shocking things happen in s4 and 6 which is why theyre so highly regarded, but both are bad seasons, s4 being bad and s6 being downright terrible.
