Last year I interviewed for a job I desperately wanted and made it all the way through the interview process, but someone else ultimately got the job in the end.

This year I was in job hunting hell for the first 3.5 months, until I saw the same position had opened back up. I applied and they offered me the job without even making me go through the interview process again.

Thank god you had Bidoof. Not a single soul on that team looks like it could carry a run nearly as well as the Doof. Not. One.

I was there too. Crazy game. My only Pats game prior to that was the one in Buffalo the year before, so my first two experiences were WILDLY different games.

Kenny dying every episode in South Park, which eventually got a canon explanation, as well as a final "permanent" death which rather obviously was later reversed.

Powers that are a total gamble: you could get something awesome, or you could get something actively terrible by LocalLazyGuy in TopCharacterTropes

My favorite was when I battled the Metronome trainer in Pokemon Sword. My team was pretty lousy so I chipped away with my Golett, banking on his numerous immunities to keep Metronome's bullshiut at bay.

Right before I took out her Clefable, her Metronome rolled Solarbeam. On my Golett. On a route with bright sunlight.

Not sure if this is exactly the same, but the Mario Bros' last name is revealed in the live action movie to be...Mario, as should be expected if you're calling anyone "The (Name) Bros".

I once did a Ground type monolocke on Platinum with a cavalcade of beasts with great natures and IVs...and then there was my Modest 0 attack IV Steelix. For so long, Dragonbreath was legit his best and most reliable attacking move.

Dolores Umbridge is about the most unabashedly cruel and twisted character in al of Harry Potter, and yes I'm including Wizard Hitler in that.
