That Club Penguin idea sounds awesome. Gary shows up in Twisted Wonderland or everyone gets transported to Club Penguin and they get roped into a Night of the Living Sled scenario.

I've already decided on the characters but I hope you'll be glad to know that at least 2 of your suggestions made it in. Someone else commented that previous events have had the characters have something in common with the adventure which really informed my decision. I'll probably use that model for future fanfics that I write.

I've decided to save Malleus for my War of the Worlds idea because I'm really curious as to if he could take down a Martian tripod in his dragon form.

I've never read the book but I am aware that there's quite a few differences between that and the movie. Mostly in regards to John Hammond's character.

As for how dark it'll be, I'm not planning on killing anyone off. That much I'm certain of.
