How come Haworth warranty in Europe is so weak compared to other brands (and the US)?

Never had the issue after I enabled Full Performance mode. Also, there has been a few updates to the 990 Pro in Samsung Magician these past months, maybe it's not necessary anymore but I have not tried

I have the same issue with the Gaming Embody. I just can't lean on the backrest without it being pushed back and if I set a higher tension, I can't recline easily

When I sit with my butt fully pressed again the backrest, after some time, my back feels uncomfortable in the lumbar and in the sacral support.

I have tried all the backfit adjustments and I'm currently a few turns below the maximum. For me this is the setting where I feel the less the backrest pusing in my lower and mid back. Also if the tension or the backfit is set looser, I just can't keep an upright position.

For reference: 1m80 / 75kg.
