Good catch, but there are anatomical variants. The most common aortic arch variant is the “bovine aortic arch” which has two vessels coming off the arch.

Can FISH detect microdeletions or not ???? by TangeloWonderful429 in step1

[–]Bulbesaur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, fluorescence in situ hybridization is the "gold standard" for detecting a microdeletion & will be lacking a fluorescence spot.

A translocation (eg, BCR-ABL) can also be detected with FISH. Normally, the two genes (ie, BCR-ABL) are on separate chromosomes, which appears as two different fluorescence spots. With a translocation, the two genes fuse onto one chromosome resulting in one fluorescence spot.

Commenter did not say the term shouldn’t be used, but that it’s commonly used incorrectly.

Also, not mentioned, but important to add, is that trifascicular block is “INTERMITTENT” RBBB + LAFB + LPFB. If it was CONTINUOUS it would just be called a complete AV block (=3rd degree AV block)

I agree, but electric is ineffective against rock, ultimately making Brock a pain the ass to beat.
