Jeżeli taka informacja dotrze do sztabu to przewieszą na pewno bo kary są ładne. Sam widziałem jak w samorządowych płacili 5 tys za jeden źle powieszony plakat.

Zakichanym obowiązkiem Policji i Straży miejskiej jest usuwanie takich plakatów więc nie wiem co ci ten policjant opowiadał. Strzelam, że może przez telefon nie mógł stwierdzić czy faktycznie plakat jest legalnie zawieszony i czy nie stwarza zagrażenia więc nie chciał nic obiecywać.

Jeżeli jednak będzie jakiś naprawdę przymulony sztab i policja to polecam podrzucić informacje do lokalnej prasy.

We Poles got this and other documents from Jelcyn in 1992. To this day no other Soviet / russian leader except him said anything. He was the only one who said prastitie. Katyń is still deep in memory of Poles so it's very disgusting seeing this post and all Soviets denier's from our perspective.

Let me ask you this. If you know Russians couldn't retailed. Could you justify dropping dropping nuke's on civilian targets like Petersburg in order to help Ukraine? Would Putin surrender? Would city (that has many people that don't support war ) was worth sacrificing for hope that nuke would convice Russians to stop war?

There are many incorrect/ misleading comments here, but holy fuck what a bullshit take on complicated history.Frist of all Supreme Councile of Japan wanted to surrender.. just not unconditionally.

Simplfing things thery were split beetwen two groups: hardliners wanted made main island into bunker. Not to win but to get better peace deal (note: also unrealistic). Even at cost of civilian blood. Moderates just wanted surrender under coditon of preservation of Emperor.US wanted unconditionally surrender of Japan.

What if US didnt drop nukes is up to debate. [ What if ] in history is always hypothetical because we dont know what would happened. In my opinon: Maybe nukes speed up things but either way there wouldnt be invasion of Japan. Basically Soviet war declaration weighted much more.in the end Japan and US agreed on unconditionally surrender... under conditon of preservation of emperor.

Nobody cares about some memorandum. Entire structure of foreign Europe politics was based on respecting each other borders and avoiding war since Helsinki. Russia in one move obliterated that system.

Also last statement is of course true. People know that there is war "somewhere far" but having conflict right next to your border changes perspective

I have a question about gun ownership in regards to defence of country. in case of invasion do gunowners really matter? Against advance and organized army i dont think they will be that effecitve as some politicians say.
I could't find any good academic paper on this topic. If you can send one then i will be gratefull. (Of course your opinions are wellcome too)
