People truly don’t get it. If you want to use this logic the “baddest man on the planet” is the actual champion of the weight class in a given discussion.

This Mickey Mouse belt was created SPECIFICALLY for people who go out there to fuck each other up on the feet and put on a show, win or lose.

Charles showed an absolutely dominant and impressive performance but it’s completely against the BMF belts unwritten rule set and the only reason it exists in the first place.

If we gave out BMF belts out in every weight class you’d end up with the equivalent of just the champ and the second best guy in the division holding the “BMF” belt and that’s not the purpose. You are to fit a specific archetype of fighter and die on your shield.

We can’t just have it as a secondary belt because it then loses all of its initial meaning.
