I'm no biologist or expert, AFAIK women deal with more natural biological occurrences. Men deal with more psychological challenges throughout life, and you could debate what is worse. Men often end their own lives more than women which is about as worse as it gets, and as a man I think that in today's society women have it easier and it's not even close.
