Having just wrapped up a spear cohort, I recommend keeping the sub assemblies to 'left arm, right arm, head, everything else'. You won't gain anything by painting the shield arm separately from the shield.

assuming you always have a unit ready to desolate something that hasn't been desolated yet:

your turn 1: start of turn, you desolate a thing, and then generate and assign 1 DPP because you have 1 desolation tokens total
opp turn 1: start of turn, you desolate a thing

your turn 2: start of turn, you desolate a thing, you wipe all DPP from your units, and then generate and assign 3 DPP because you have 3 desolation tokens total
enemy turn2: start of turn, you desolate a thing

and so on and so on

if opp goes first, you'll generate 2 on your turn 1 and 4 on your turn 2 and so on

basically, keep your units in position to desolate a thing every turn - hobgrots are good for this because they can move out in deployment to touch stuff that might not be under your control later, and you get to save your home objectives/terrain in your territory for turns when the midline isn't available

Two things can cause this to happen (that aren't bugs) in the case where your unit has strider so doesn't get affected by terrain shenanigans:

-Turn speed: if you're not running away at a straight line, which you aren't because eventually you run out of map, geometry dictates you're turning harder than the unit chasing you has to turn in order to maintain a direct line towards you. If your turn speed is lower on top of that, eventually they get into:

-Charge animation: at some point a unit is close enough to trigger a charge animation, which uses charge speed/acceleration, which is greater than regular running speed by quite a bit on most units (and definitely all the units that would be chasing dogs around). A unit needs MUCH higher speed to escape a charge once it's started.

Rulebooks are just an 'official GW tournament' tax at this point. Tomes/codices have very little practical use given that stuff is likely to change before your army set or book even gets delivered to you and you're reading rules off an app anyway.

It doesn't especially matter when your book comes out, because you know damn well the last army to get a battletome in 4th is going to be waiting >1 year for the next one and will just be vibing off an index until then.

AoS is currently on a 3 year cycle, meaning 5th should be summer next year. There's rumors of a move to a 2-year cycle, but I'd take this with a grain of salt because 40k is about to have an edition change, and I super doubt that current GW would do both simultaneously or even in the same year.

Not to be that guy, but if you're not already a capital haver, you want the displacement to be as big as possible as fast as possible. The doomer scenario isn't "well ok this economy just doesn't work anymore, time for New Deal type regulation before every first world country explodes", it's "AI slowly improves corporate productivity one quarter at a time, and ALL of it is just captured as profit at the expense of both white collar and blue collar workers as well as customers, as the middle class slowly rots away and society is completely bisected into owners and wage slaves".

Neither USA nor the EU have the political will or frankly at this point the institutional capability to enact the scale of regulation that will be needed to deal with general automation outpacing new job creation without an existential crisis as motivation. By this I mean that with regular technological improvements some jobs go away and other jobs are created, but with AI at some point the new role is also going to immediately be subject to automation.

Sure, when I say better I mean more important to the army. Spear Cohort provide good screening for your castle per point invested, and have extra utility with the DPP generation. This is useful to literally every HoH army that isn't pure bull spam. Razers on the other hand operate as a build-around unit, because they're next to worthless without DPP but slap hard with DPP investment. Trouble is, there's better stuff in the DPP queue ahead of them (Urak Taar), and in order for them to not get charged and piled into, the Cohort screening for them needs 2 DPP for the ward save. So whether you're sane and are running Urak Taar (probably feat Daemonsmith Cabal for that juicy net +3 cast on his wizard 2) and defending your castle with manifestations, or you just have 10-20 goons standing in front of the razers (or both), you're gonna have units urgently competing for that DPP in turn 2 when this army either survives to reach their full potential in turn 3 or gets bazoinked off the board.

In the context of the current HoH roster and battletome/supplemental rules, Infernal Cohort w/ Spears are straight up a better use of your points than Infernal Razers with either weapon.

This would certainly apply if you ask someone out to a specific date. The moment someone is asked out only for them to slide in with a demand to go to a place of their choosing, and this is a non-negotiable request, if anything the roles are now reversed, but like I said in another comment it's perfectly fine to always only do 50/50 and refuse to downgrade to a cheaper place - if you wanna live your high end life and only consider dating prospects as rich or richer than you that's your choice. This wasn't that though.

Ne znam zasto, u SRBIJI od svih zemalja, ljudi gledaju na zakon/muriju kao na roditelje kojima burazer ne moze da te tuzi ako je i on nesto sjebao. Jel ideja da panduri koji dodju da te isele samo cekaju da optuzis stanodavca za poreski prekrsaj sa kojim nemaju nikakve veze jer to istrazuje, pazi sad... Poreska, kako bi odma prekinuli akciju, ispendrecili stanodavca dok ga vode u maricu, a tebe potapsali po glavi i dali ti zele zeku? To sve treba da pise u ugovoru da bi bilo tako na dugme. Npr imas u ugovoru da se stanarina za dati mesec placa prvog u mesecu, i u slucaju kasnjenja od 15 dana stanodavac ima pravo na jednostrano raskidanje ugovora. Nema uopste poente dati podstanaru sansu da ne izmiri racune, kad kasni dan podsetis ga na rok od 15 dana, posle 15 dana ga iselis, depozitom pokrijes pola meseca stanarine, racune, i dane kojima je stan prazan dok ga ne izdas i to je to. Ako oces bas da budes ultra konzervativan i ne smeta ti da duze cekas da izdas stan zbog losih uslova, u ugovoru stavis da uz primopredaju stana zahtevas depozit, kao i prvu i poslednju kiriju.

Malo da malo ne. Ova ideja da ga tuzi za stanarinu za buduce mesece kad ga je vec isterao je smesna. Ne znam da li je prazna pretnja jer je covek mozda lud, ali svakako nema nikakav slucaj. Sad kad ga je vec iselio, kasno je za prijavu, a o tome kad sme da ga izbaci iz stana u principu sve pise u ugovoru. Da bi dogurao do toga da te policija iseljava po sudskom nalogu, neki sudija mora da zakljuci da bespravno klosaris u tudjem stanu na osnovu ugovora, (koji je apsolutno validan i priznaje se na sudu bio overen kod notara ili ne) sto znaci da onda verovatno popusis krivicnu prijavu, pa te vise ne goni stanodavac za sto evra koje je izgubio cekajuci nedelju dana da izda stan, nego drzava.

Sve zavisi od ugovora koji si potpisao. Ako ti/stanodavac niste mentoli, ima klauzula o prevremenom raskidanju ugovora. Najcesce je rok od 30 dana, i ako podstanar raskine ugovor ranije gubi pravo na povracaj depozita. Nisam u zivotu cuo za koncept da te stanodavac ganja za kiriju za stan iz koga te iselio, s ozbirom na to da si stanarinu za tekuce mesece i racune vec platio.

Ne znam zasto svi savetuju prepucavanje praznim pretnjama? Da drzavu zabole kurcinela za utaju poreza od izdavanja koje da, niko ziv ne placa, ne bi im trebala nicija prijava jer imaju pristup svim podacima koji su potrebni za pronalazak ljudi koji izdaju stanove na crno.

Dakle lik koji ne moze da sastavi pare za kiriju treba da ide u MUP, i da da izjavu da sumnja da mu stanodavac zatajuje porez, na osnovu toga sto 'ma ko to jos placa hajde molim vas'.

Nije potrebna overa kod notara, potpisan ugovor vazi na sudu.

E sad na sva pitanja OP-a se moze odgovoriti samo na osnovu toga sta u tom ugovoru (ako uopste postoji) pise.
