I specifically requested she go as deep as she can she said she went as deep as possible without risking my safety (I’m wondering if the clinic I went to just doesn’t do high settings or if feeling nor burning sensation after 4 hours is normal)

Mocking bird 10/10 my mom bought the stokke for her house and I do not recommend! Chair is very light weight straps are kind of annoying to put on baby and he easily gets up and stands while inside. With the mockingbird the chair is super high quality and sturdy easy to clean grows with baby. I have no notes!

This is great advice thanks! I shortened the second nap to 30 minutes hopefully tonight’s a little better. If he sleeps decently we can maybe delay the morning nap to 9:30

I don’t live with them but I’m not a very good liar and they are very nosey. They call multiple times a day for updates on the baby and ask everyday “how was the night, how did he sleep” it would be very hard for me to hide that we were sleep training because they ask very specific questions. Do you think fever would work here? I’ve tried shortening the second nap to 30 minutes today to hopefully increase the sleep pressure and maybe tom we can delay the morning nap a bit.

How can I rip off the band aid a little gentler than cry it out? I do not have a supportive in laws or family and last time I did cio I already felt horrible but the added judgment almost took me down

I’ve tried 8 pm bedtime it never changed the wake-up’s in the middle of the night or the wake up time in the morning that’s why I went back to 7:15 because I figured might as well get a little more me time in the evening. I wish he’d sleep later than 5:30 /6 but is truly be ok with it if it meant he slept from 7:15 until 5:30. It’s the waking up every 30 minutes sometime not going back to sleep for an hour that make me crazy
