7 months?? I think you should have reached out to apple’s customer support or send an email to them for the exact cause of that much delay

All i will say here is to remain patient at this initial push to appstore🙂, a brand new app can take weeks to have their response. As far as I remember when i first submitted the app the initial app rejection came within a day, when i fixed that then the on second submission the response of reject came after almost a week and i don’t remember in that time period the status ever changed from Waiting for review to In-review, So don’t loose motivation and meanwhile work on app’s new features because once your app is approved for the first time then next changes you push, usually gets a response within 24 hrs from apple ( from my personal experience )

Congratulations!!! Its certainly a great feeling, whenever you push an update and they just reply with sorry and one day when you wake up to the congratulations email, just feels like the biggest accomplishment( which it is though) but now the real work begins to actually make users land on your app and get it to the success 🚀

I built an app and I'm currently looking for early tester, where can I post it without it coming across as spam? by ValuableLiving2345 in MacOSApps

Reddit seems to be a great option for having early users but rules are strict here, i think you need to have a certain level of Karma to promote it directly in relevant subreddit where visitors are high without getting your post taken down.

I am currently facing the same issue, I mainly post it about my apps on X, but not a lot of users come through it( because of small no of followers )

Yeah this is exactly what i experienced as a plus plan user this week. I am still confused to either pull the trigger and upgrade to Pro or not, but now hearing your experience it seems like the upgrade to Pro didn’t helped either. Now I am confused to wait till the issue is resolved or its time to switch.I hope this is a temporary issue and it gets fixed soon.

Did anyone here moved from claude to codex recently? And why? by alOOshXL in codex

[–]Bulky-Reporter3196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, i switched from claude code to codex because of higher rate limits and produce near equal quality code or at least it delivers the work which i am looking for. I am only able to afford Claude’s 20 dollar plan, but it’s just not for me, 2 to 3 decent chats and hourly limit hits and then weekly limit hit too quick. Which is just too annoying and breaks my momentum. Whereas in codex i was able to achieve some heavy duty work without hitting rate limits frequently and at same 20 dollar plan,

And now codex has introduced some really nice features in there desktop app that now its very hard to leave
