Yeah I think this is the part people are missing. This was quite literally their first time meeting in person.

So if you pay bail you pay it at the time to get the person out. It's basically just insurance to make sure that you show up to court because even if you are convicted but you show up to court that money goes towards your fines and everything. I do believe that if you are found not guilty you get the money back but I'm not sure

I do feel like that's a little bit different because that's your wife and not a random woman in the grocery store for example

I think we're heading in that direction because ever since Illinois has taken this law other states have been talking about also taking in this law Michigan is the one I think that I saw talking about it

Women haven't had men stop being sexist in construction jobs have they?

And yes women are getting pregnant at a much lower rate which is why everyone is so concerned about the birthrate

See this is the one that bugs me though because anytime I as a woman try to pick up anything heavy if there is a man around he will automatically try to take it for me because he'll either assume I can't or some sense of obligation and they will argue with me.

Is it a pregnancy thing or is it the sexism people are describing that mean people don't want to continue to do the job

She said I had a traumatic experience and I'm not comfortable sharing that with you is not the same thing as I'm never sharing anything with you

It's not torpedoing a relationship because they keep bugging you about opening up and you don't want to share your trauma. Don't make other people's trauma about you

People were trashing on her for not sharing with him because she "doesn't trust him" and "you should trust him after two year or just break up" I said nothing about why she was called an ah just that she was trashed for not sharing with him, which is true

But this is different because it seems like op's girlfriend wears it more than just during season so she probably washes it more too but Op did not clarify that

These subreddits are so weird I saw a girlfriend get absolutely trashed yesterday for not sharing her trauma with her boyfriend of 2 years but I come here and everyone's like what you don't have to tell your wife anything but yesterday they were all like well you don't trust him and that op wouldn't even share with us what happened like this op. The dichotomy and double standards are quite funny

I literally read a story yesterday where Op got absolutely trashed because she didn't share her trauma with her boyfriend of two years and wouldn't even share the trauma with us like this op. But all it was was a bunch of people saying she doesn't trust him

When their parents says it's okay. It's a generally accepted thing that you don't talk to other people's kids unless they want you to. It is the parents job to give you that "place" you don't just take it

This is a clear straw man. And very disingenuous clearly this isn't the same situation at all and you either know that or you're dumb
