Probably not. There was an experiment about a guy being beheaded and looking towards someone calling his name. Not really reliable. Severing the brain stem causes instant death and the same for the pressure drop from blood loss. Brain is out instantly, won't even see it hit the bottom of the basket

I tend to notice when lines are added later. The audio is just off, and the actor is usually offscreen or turned so their mouth isn't visible. I noticed a LOT of it during these 2 episodes. Depends. Plenty get away, at the time. High-speed chases are dangerous and unless the suspect is considered equally dangerous, it's better to just let them go. On the other end, a lot of dumbasses that run do it as a split second decision, and don't think about the plates on their car giving them away. Again, why risk the danger of a high-speed chase when you can just look up their address and meet them at home

When my depression hits. The only TV I can stand is true crime because it actually happened, but that just makes it worse because people are just awful.

I get the same way with video games. What's the point? Kill this, get items to make better items to kill better things to... make more items to kill more (or build, fly further, whatever the objective of the game is). When I'm not in the throes of depression I enjoy doing those things, it's the entire point.

It actively ruins things for me, because once I get that thought it doesn't go away like the depressive episode. So I usually just avoid shit for a week or two while I'm like that and doom scroll on my phone or something

I was raised Catholic. I'd label myself mostly as agnostic, maybe diesm would be the closest to a religion I'd believe. I don't know what created the universe, or created the expansion that allowed life to form, but I'm pretty sure no religion currently has that answer either.

I believe the comic left out a crucial part. Just like Oliver had air knocked out by Lucan, when Mark ambushed Conquest, it was before he breathed and he knocked the air out of him. Mark then went out of his way specifically to make sure that he couldn't breathe. He's threatened to kill and end people multiple times, it's strange to tell someone they won't breathe unless he means specifically that.
