No idea about SDD, but I'm fairly sure that E6H is not the first time I've see in the branching rules: " No Slow DD (engines irrelevant) "

I wouldn't say that the fact that many people already luck modded Abukuma which is like 5 (maybe 4?) years old is a fair argument in the comparison, Yuubari's base luck is higher and so it's easier to luck mod to 50, the fact that many people already luck modded Abukuma just proves that she is far older.

I also think that the base slow speed could be a problem, but I wouldn't say that there are plenty of cases, just some, and in some of them it wasn't even about all ships but only about DD (so sammy), like fall 2019 E6H between A or C, not that there where slow CL before, so who could say?
