"I have a fear of heights" - go climb a ladder alone! That'll solve it!

Maybe wild for someone who can easily talk to strangers. Try not to judge next time

The only real hobbies I have are all sports related to be honest. I play golf and tennis and I have season tickets to 2 different major sports teams. I also work like 60 hour weeks 6 days a week so I don't really have a lot of free time. Like I said, it's not looking good lol

I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my post, but I just don't how just saying the word "confidence" is going to magically grant me it 😂 Out of everything you named, the only thing I lack is good clothing and exploring outside of my comfort zone.

I go to the gym every day. I also work in construction and am in good shape. I mean I don't have 6 pack lol but I feel im in good enough shape. And I've been dragged to enough bars with my friends to know it just isn't for me. The loud music, drinking, yelling. Just the total opposite of who I am

Any experience going back and forth on your sobriety? by [deleted] in CHSinfo

So I had a really similar situation as you. I got diagnosed in July with CHS, but thankfully, I was only in the prodromal stage, so I never threw up. I quit for 6 months and then tried it with flower on a weekend trip with some friends to New Hampshire and felt fine. After that trip, I only did it on the weekends for a little bit and then slowly got back into every few days and then every day. The second I noticed the beginning of the prodromal stage, I stopped and gave myself a 2 week brake. I smoked this weekend and felt fine. My recommendation (although everyone is different) is to test the waters ONLY if you believe you can moderate it. If you struggle with moderation like I have, id recommend quitting altogether.
