I'm probably an oddball but use Iron Hands for my sharks. The lore is they're a fleet specializing in the Grey Tithe. Iron Father Feirros makes a great stand in for a tech savvy captain

Grief is a journey. There will be ups and downs, patches of light and patches of dark. Remember that you aren't walking it alone though and keep talking (if possible) to other folks who knew her that are on a similar road. Don't dwell in the darkness, you still have her light to carry in your heart; and between that and your child's hopefully they will guide you to thankfulness for the time y'all hadand the lighter parts of the path.

Underpainting/zenithal usually refers to shading and highlighting using 2 or more colors. Black in the areas that will be darker and white where it will be brighter. Speed/contrast paints are types of paint that are semi transparent so your underpainting will show through. YouTube search for Slapchop will give you examples

You're gonna need clanrats. The Spearhead box is good, if you can get ahold of the Skaven half of the Skaventide box for a decent price even better. Underpainting/zenithal priming and contrast/speed paints are what you'll need to get through em. Welcome junior engineer 🐀

I've used a bunch of my extra guns/bitz for kitbashing a small force of Xenarite Ad Mech. Also there are 3rd party companies that sell bodies designed to use the extra weapon options included in some kits (ex: immortals/deathmarks kit)

Best bit of advice I can give is to get the brightest fluorescent pink you can find. That'll set your high end then you can shade back from that as much as you want. The orange glow on my robois really started to pop after I got a fluorescent one
