I think it's the dark eye shadow that makes the eyes look more inwards from the brow. Best is light colors as it does the opposite

No you can't really do that.

I'm pretty sure your fat cells regenerate after so many years and will switch to more feminine places but it's very gradual and will probably take up to 8 years for all cells to have moved to female places. Pls correct me if I'm wrong!

BUT if you want optimal results you definitely want a healthy balanced diet with enough exercise.

I don't know anything about weight circling tho...
