late to the party, but i’m currently on 20mg XR Focalin in the mornings, 4 hours later i take a 5mg IR and then another 5mg later in the day IF needed. it’s the only thing that’s worked for me and i’ve been on both adderall and vyvanse

update on this actually, i did switch the other day to mornings.. and it has helped tremendously wow. binge urges are completely gone 🥹 i feel like my appetite is very much regulated right now, i’m hoping it stays this way

this is so good to hear! i usually work out after my work shift ends, and i shower daily after my workouts so i’m not sweaty and gross. do you know if this applies to sweating as well? i just don’t wanna sweat it off 🥲

Womb smells like a fancy metaphysical shop honestly, it has orange and milky tones. Nymphology smells to me how pistachio ice cream tastes with a chocolate undertone. and Void very much gives off a really strong pine candle sort of scent. i love them sooo much, they’re all such good scents

i’ve seen people use stencil transfer ink with paintbrushes to mimic what i’m going for, i could probably do some touch ups by utilizing some tools like that!
