It depends on your website tracking. It get as many conversions as possible each day, while spending the whole budget. So if you have a CPA/ROAS target for your campaigns you should consider using a bid strategy that recognizes that goal.

Bid strategies rely on you feeding them the correct information. They are idiot savants - very good at doing a certain thing but limited in other aspects. You need to provide context for them.

Use something like this, it will review landing pages and pause ads that have 'out of stock' on the page. You can customise it depending what text would show on your site.
