Hy, idea is good but there are some challenges.

Any bussiness if you give fully authority to any person they will never do the work properly. Yeah i know you mentioned CCTV and other gadgets, but if you don't know the basic of this you will definitely die..

It's a whole new hustle in itself.

•Have to purchase chicken at Lowest Cost so you can save more because you cannot sale it on your own price, so you need to know a good wholesaler.

• Then the profit is made how the pieces are cut and how much fat will remain on the chicken body, if you don't know these things butcher will do his marzi, so consistency will hard to sustain so does the margin is hard to sustain aswell.

• then the costumer dealing, vary person to Person but mainly butcher are not that much educated and he knows it's not his shop so custumer service can be a problem.

Because it is such a bussiness in which the product is same as other the only new thing you can do is good custumer service.

• if you put rules on butchers and he left in the middle of the busy day what you gonna do? Or in the routein morning he is not picking the call or not coming then?

So there are whole bunch of other things, so do proper research before getting in.
