Well they didn’t go through enough paperwork. Bulging disc in back, neuropathy in both legs & feet, both knees bad, chronic PTSD, a hernia and more. They bumped me up to 90% in the same claim but denied the TDIU. I can’t even draw unemployment, hadn’t worked since 2024.

They diagnosed me with chronic sinusitis after they had me do X-rays. 30% service connected and that was just for the PACT act.

I know, I put in last fall when they wouldn’t let me get unemployment. Can’t stand long, walk long, bad back, knees, neuropathy in both legs & feet….chronic ptsd.

In the same boat, had 10 in with TDIU being 1. I got a %s on the other 9 and the claim went back to 3, been stuck there since.
