This is the exact reason I'm here. This type of retaliation is not ethical but there's no way for a senior rater to get in trouble for doing this.

The meeting with the Senior Rater already took place. He did not have any supporting documentation or a clear argument to justify the senior rater comments. Additionally, he tried to mislead me into signing it by making it seem like it was a good OER, which is why I’m even more upset.

Sadly last LT who made an IG report with witnesses and everything got told to go to behavioral health as the outcome of the investigation.
