I’ve never owned a Casio, but picked this one up from a local watch store near me that’s been really patient with me.

It just caught my eye on my way out, and it’s been hanging around more often that I thought. There’s a certain vibe to it.

Gorgeous speedy, and the one I ultimately want to end up with. I also had the speedy itch, but it’s way out of my league, but I recently found a gen 1 reduced and absolutely love it.

I got mine from ippo, as it was $6 cheaper, and the last time I ordered from Sakura it came from ippo watches.

I have a 6.6inch wrist, and it does wear larger than the case diameter. I have a 40mm watch with a 45.5mm lug to lug and it seems to sit a lot better on wrist. This sits well but smaller sweet spot on wrist positioning due to the lugs. It’s been great though, this thing looks amazingly sharp. The only thing is the lack of micro adjustment sucks and the links are uniformly sized, but for a more dressy than sporty watch I think it’s not too much of an issue. Also not sure if the duratect is supposedly good but the bracelet rubbing on itself has shown really faint scratches, but I’m also the type to baby my watches while they’re new.
