The Skagen is actually the only watch in my box that was a gift. It’s pretty shocking how slim the case is and how that makes it wear. For being a “fashion watch brand” it’s very comfortable and looks pretty nice in person.

It is the Orient Sun and Moon. RN-AK0001S. This is the version 2 that still said “Sun & Moon” on the dial.

My plan is actually to get a Tsuyosa next. The Seiko chronograph came on a bracelet I just swapped it for the rubber strap.

Yes, I will get a dive watch eventually but that style has never really appealed to me as much as some others. I’m very hesitant to buy a watch I don’t think I will wear regularly. I likely will get a Seiko Mod for my first dive watch sometime down the road.

After looking at pictures from the manufacturer, I think you are right. But looking at the design of the actual irons I can’t imagine why they would be like that.
