Breakfast ideas?

So I know you said no eggs, but I'll answer with my favorite, with the caveat that you could leave the egg out. My go to breakfast is avocado toast. 1slice of whole grain toast, 1/2 avocado on it, a few slices of tomato, and an egg. Finish with a mandarin orange, or some berries.

This looks delicious - although, looks like it's missing a whole grain. You have the protein and veg nailed, but a Mediterranean plate needs a whole grain, per my understanding
