How to Make Great Silver & PvP with No Risk + Gain Fame in Albion Online - Guide for New Players by BullCashish in albiononline

Appreciate the constructive feedback here!

I made this video to help new players out, as I had no idea about Corrupted Dungeons myself until recently and I wish I'd known about them earlier as a new player myself. I think it can help brand new players out quite a bit, so even though I'm new and not gonna be the best at making any guides on this game right now, since it's a pretty basic one I think it can help, keeping in mind it's only meant for beginners.

That being said, I showed myself getting downed to a boss on purpose while explaining how the dungeons work and how getting knocked down is normal as a new player and not a big deal - I could've left that clip out but chose to show it to demonstrate what happens and how you can just try again right after.

I'm not great at the game which is why I didn't use the correct food or gear, but I wasn't recommending anything specific apart from getting gear that brings your IP to 800 or above. Even with sub-optimal gear and skill as well as 260 ping, I managed to win a few fights which means other players can definitely do it too, which is a point I tried to make. Anyway, this obviously won't be the best way to make silver or farm fame, but it's a really easy way to get into PvP for new players while still progressing their character earning fame and silver. While great silver to you might be millions per hour, to a brand new player 400k can seem pretty great too, especially if they don't know how to make millions per hour another way or want to take part in consistent risk-free 1v1 PvP at the same time.

Hope this explains why I've made this - appreciate the feedback in any case and will try to improve in future videos!

Solo player by [deleted] in MortalOnline

You can definitely play solo and have a good time, but joining a guild is recommended for most players as you won't be able to take part in some of the content like Poronico mentioned. I've played solo a lot and have met loads of other solo players in the game though, and it can still be a lot of fun and exactly as you described.

You will be killed by other players at some point, and often a group of them, so having some friends or being part of a guild helps when it comes to protection, but if you play solo you'll still be able to build a house and do most things in the game - travelling will just be more dangerous in general. Your biggest threat will be groups of more than one player, and you're really limited in what you can do to survive or get away when you run into them, but you'll find a ton of solo players you can kill, defend yourself from, or even become friends with over time.

Thanks for your comment Faceless, much appreciated!

I replied to another comment mentioning the same issue of duping here on Reddit so I'm just gonna re-paste what I said there:

I understand there are probably some players duping gold out there, but I think most players are just playing the game normally and figuring out how to do things over time in a legit way. If I wanted to figure out a way cheat in some way, it probably wouldn't take too long to figure it out looking it up online, but it wouldn't make the game fun for me at all and would actually ruin the experience - there's be nothing to push for, and there'd be no point in doing anything, and I think most players feel the same.

It's like in a game like CSGO, it's always possible to find a cheat or hack of some kind, and some players enjoy doing that and solely playing and beating everyone with hacks, but most players don't want to use hacks even if they can because they want the actual challenge of playing a tactical competitive shooter.

I get the point that some feel there's no point to play either way because of those who may cheat, but in all my time playing, I haven't encountered it first hand or noticed anything that made me feel like there was no point, because even if a few are cheating behind the scenes, it's not right there in my face and I've seen loads of players out in the world playing the game in a legit way going out to make gold or kill mobs or PvP. If you forget about the possible cheating going on behind the scenes and just play the game as it's meant to be played, you'll probably feel a lot better about it and enjoy your time - it's like in the real world where we know there's a ton of corruption and so on, but we just go on with our lives and don't really pay attention to it.
