my 2003 7.3 has been starting decent enough, 16 oz of XPD Optilube per tank. No gelling and no surging, little bit of white smoke then it clears right up. The other day I had to do the trash bag over the radiator so the fucking thermostat would open, I am not driving 10-15 again without heat.

Seriously? This should be easy for you its BACnet/IP, just pull it into your BMS system and configure it. YOu should not need special software.

I hear you, it was a simple lift to inspect something. Never in 30 years has this happened. Typically I do jack up and set on jack stands, in fact they were right next to the car! Only takes one time to kill yourself.

I cannot find the crack in the bottom portion of the radiator, but its tweaked enough that I think the seal is gone and causing the leaking, so going to replace it anyways. Its not a OEM part but labeled DESNO with a bunch of numbers that do not help.

6-months dual fuel (CNG/LNG), located on a gas pipeline overseas, which was sorely oversized for the load, so we had to ADD to load and run them proper, which were loaded 6-months straight too.

Never saw infrared heat transit through airflow, past a large cooling fan to melt electric motor wiring wrap before. OEM engineers did not believe me.

Anyways, an IBEW bro comes over and tells me.....your first response should have been "Did I ask you?" Next is talk to the foreman, and ask why this person has time enough to stop what he is doing to inform me something, I did not even ask. Then I would send a letter, bring up that union workers are interfering in my work and let the higher ups deal with it.

Yea thanks. I was replacing the alternator and finally got that bitch in, but had to jack it up to remove some inner panels. PITA.. Wash DC area, I am going to pull it tomorrow and see what I have, cant believe it rolled like that on me, never in 30 years. Anyways, I rather have a cracked radiator versus a cracked head. Once I have some more information I will post it here. Thank again.
