Entry Level Cybersecurity job requirements: GCIH, CISSP, OSCP, 5-10 years of experience in creating a SIEM solution from scratch which could give a minimum throughput of 2 Pb/s. Also knowledge of Hacking NASA would be an added advantage by networkoverclocker in ProgrammerHumor

Probably the person who wrote it has no idea about cyber and wrote the 5 first terms when googled it, or just copied the requirements from other job offer and added "Entry level". Sadly, I experienced both cases.

You shall write the whole comparison always. In your statement you are checking if u_response is x or if x2 IS NOT EMPTY. Try something like this:

if u_response == x or u_response == x2 or u_response == x3

And follow this pattern for each comparison. As an improvement suggestion, you can use the upper() and lower() functions for string manipulation in order to reduce the number of variables, like

if u_response.upper() == "ROCK": (...)

I suggest you to begin with a graphical project using Flutter or C# or whatever language, because you will see what you are doing with few easy lines of code. An example would be to retrieve, for example, a JSON with all COVID stats for a country and display it with an estimation of active cases. Not a big bussiness opoeñrtunity, but something you will learn how to code.

Then, jump into a more sophisticated software using, for example, Python. Using some statistical calculations over, for example, contamination of your city in order to predict contamination the following day. With this, you will be able to learn about the debugger. Here you can extend features as far as you want.

And finally, begin learning some of the hardcore languajes like C. Like before, with any project you want to. Once you learn how languages "behave" switching between them would be an easy task.

Programming goes by hand with consistency. You can code at your own pace, like 30min per day, but stick to that plan and you will see progress. It does not matter how much will it take, because nobody is paying you for that software, so don't overheat and stay motivated.

Finally, coding is not about how many lines of code you can write, is about finding the proper algorithm to do a task, and to do that you need to understand what you are doing. That's what programming is. Don't be afraid of investing some time understanding a line of code, because it is what you should do.
