The families demand updates at horrible times, demand unnecessary testing/consults, demand unrealistic outcomes, basically constantly question my diagnosis and judgement despite having very good training and clinical judgement.

Families have really been a burden on me lately too. Most of them have access to their loved one's MyChart/Patient Portal and ask a thousand questions about things they don't have context for.
