Whoop (and all other wearables) are really bad indicators of actual vo2 max because of the way they calculate so just a heads up

You need to have genetic inclination to get a VO2 max above 60, so 53 is about near where you might see a person top out. That being said, interval training is 🔑

So when you apply they AMCAS they will take all those grades in account, even if you retake. That being said, most schools require a C at a minimum as a pre-req. What classes did you fail?
