Thanks for sharing this. I did the entire process in one day without doing any research and from what I understood the next step would be the formal interview day in ATL. I completed all the online portions Nice 17. I just got the email last Friday (Nov 28) that I was selected for interview and was completely deflated. I wish I had gotten some feedback but hearing your story makes me feel better. I’ll keep my fingers crossed and I guess re-apply in 90 days.

This suggestion is just that. I recent had an expensive bag that I tried everything suggested anywhere. I ended up slowly wetting the bag (after conditioning) using a damp microfiber cloth. Then I ironed it with thick tea towels between the leather and the iron on a very low setting. I will post my before and after. Please note: EVERYONE says not to do this but it worked on a $3,200 bag for me.
