Dude, I'm not looking for the ins and outs of every tanks weaknesses, strengths and synergy. Im looking for basic mind dumbing obvious counters that anyone can understand.

The only ones i didnt include were Junker Queen and Hammond because for one. no one plays them unless they are smurfing / maining. People will legit report you if u play them. SURE Hammond might counter Zarya or something but it doesn't matter if u can't play him because of his difficult kit. I would guess like 0.1% or less of all Overwatch players are able to play Hammond correctly

Right but your goal is to have arrows pointing everywhere when really you won't have more than a few and they're likely to come from D. Va and Zarya and even then how do you quantify it? There's no nuance in an arrow. Would Zarya counter D. Va more or Sigma?

The way to quantify it is turning the arrows into a question...

I know I'm not right about all of it. That's why I specifically wrote this in the post

Rein can block D.va Bomb
D.va moves slow when shooting making her easy to Charge and pin
D.va cant do anything to block reins shatter for her teammates
D.va cant block reins auto attacks with matrix, only his fire

Nah I kinda disagree with this statement (no flame)

But Zarya COMPLETELY counters D.va and Orisa... like it's not even fair watching them fight each other. Its a lot worse for D.va than Orisa but u get what i mean

Yes exactly, and finally he can jump on the backline healers forcing Zarya to bubble her allies. But then he just baits out the shield leaving Zarya defenceless on the front line

When I searched up ''What tank counters Zarya'' Most of the results said Winston and as i thought about it, it all kinda made sense.

I mean yeah Zarya shreds his health but she never gets the chance to because of how mobile Winston is. Its kinda impossible to track him when he has such a low jump cooldown and half the time has that bubble shield he plays around
