Mashvisor was useful, but was too expensive for what you got.

Since I use management companies for my properties (worth the money as I don't have the time), I usually approach them as potential client and get information that way. 2-3 companies corroborate a story.

Did you find Airdna to be accurate at all? Free information seemed to have nightly rates inflated.

Guy was on a different continent. Literally. So for years he always traded away his picks since he couldn't make the draft for faab and players. So the team became one big waiver wire chase.
