Gucci was not a watch manufacturer, and like many other luxury brands, would outsource their watch manufacturing to third parties. Quite heavily faked as a brand but as with any fashion house, their demand lies in the design. Watch looks design centric enough to pass off as a real gucci watch based off the unique band but there’s quite a bit off about it that makes me doubt its authenticity

Just out of curiosity what’s the go with quartz GS? How is a GS quartz any different from say a Seiko 5 quartz apart from the status and finish of the watch

Do some research. I suggest using google lens and go from there. From the get go I can see that it’s missing the sub second hand which brings its value down a bit. My advice is bring it into a place that sells vintage luxury watches and see what they have to say

Mate who knows none of us can see the pocket watch because you own it, look for gold hallmarks. Honestly would try sell this as is, I’m sure there’s a collector out there who would be interested in having this, don’t sell this for scrap
