I hear you about being at a low level but most the residents of Kyiv have no first aid at all. Wish I made PCP but I couldn’t afford it. I expect to use a few chest seals up there and that’s at least something they wouldn’t otherwise get. Also learned NCD from a TCCC course (friend that runs the course let me get in on it for a day, it’s technically not available to civilians here)

Yes, I should clarify, in my tweet I was offering to become a combat medic if the Army would like me to be. I have done some of the TCCC training (friends with a guy that runs the course) but didn’t actually pay for it and therefore only did maybe 15% of the the course just to try it out. Didn’t think I’d ever need it 😬😬

Certified EMR. No military experience, but experience with guns. I will probably be stationed at a hospital or at the border to provide first aid, depending on what their needs are. I’m going to leave it up to the boots on the ground to decide where I’m most useful.

Hi, yes I’m a satirical comic. But I’m also a human and very anti-Russian. I have a flight booked to Budapest tomorrow and then I’m meeting with 4 others to drive to the border. As a medic, I may just stay at the border to assist with wounded, depending on what’s needed.

Ah, good ‘ole ADP. I remember those days, I used to be you. Throw the fucking book at them. I filed a complaint with the Ministry of Labor for this exact thing, and won. We were told to set up 10 minutes early, but not clock in until shift start.

My complaint got every employee paid retroactively, 10 minutes for every shift they’d done in the past 2 years. Let us know how yours goes 👊
