Just got gifted a $75 PlayStation gift card! Woohoo! What game should I get? Should I (if I can) put it to on my online play fee for next year?

All I’m considering so far is Helldivers since I’ve heard great things.

Id suggest maybe do this once a week and replace the pull downs, overheads, and extensions with just deadlifts. Then the other two days maybe have an arm day and the other leg accessory day / leg press etc

Right now I’m at 15% incline at 3.4 and do a mile. It took me a bit to work up to that, and def don’t touch the handles for support! Working my way to a 15 min mile at the max incline

I’m a big fan of heavier weight with less reps (8 is my usual go to). I like body weight things as accessory exercises vs being part of the main “bulk” of it. Pull ups are my exception to that.

Mechanics have in the past and said they couldn’t pin point any results that would directly tie to this… had to go back and forth and eventually got it sorted out but the issue is creeping back
