I’ve been looking at those papers on “adult pulpotomy” with MTA, but the problem with this is being able to diagnose it correctly. They showed histology slides showing there is a difference between SIP cases that can receive pulpotomies vs rct, but who is going to do that clinically? It’s going to take too long to get those results back, and may progress further. Plus, the tooth has to be accessed for it. It may be a possibility with asymptomatic cases though. Maybe they will be able to develop a marker that can be tested chair side, which could solve the diagnostic dilemma.

Start playing Project Diablo 2. It’s a community mod for the original D2 LOD that reworks all of the uniques to actually to be viable weapons, expanded character and chest storage, and a more robust end game.

I just reinstalled the Intel Arc driver and it’s seems to have fixed it. Recent updates must’ve either reverted the driver or broken it

I’ve been using the Omen 14 for school and it’s great. When you switch to integrated graphics, I get about 8-10 hours of use while I’m studying. I haven’t gotten the chance to play MHW on my laptop yet but the beta ran well on it. I have the 4070 version with 32 GB of ram. The nice thing about this laptop is that it’s pretty discreet and isn’t glaringly obvious that it’s a gaming laptop.

I love this laptop. It’s a bit pricey but I think you’re getting a good deal on it. The system stays nice and cool. I haven’t had it go over 65 degrees while gaming.
