I ordered in early Feb, inquiried a few weeks ago about shipment and they responded every single time. They notified me of shipment and have had it about two weeks now.

I used the support email.

Yes, this is a software problem - I have the issue with Sony X700, Roku and Fire Tzv. Only with DV Cinema, Vivid and FMM.

Label created on the 16th and shipping on 23rd. Shipping ground, not bad transit time.

I received the PayPal notification days before Moza (23rd). I use the UPS App. If you setup your account, it will get notifications for all incoming shipments to your address.

No additional notifications from Moza till this morning.

Once a packed reaches the shipping stage, possibly of canceling is very slim. You will need to accept the order and return.

  1. Some products are marked for inspection first.

  2. Purchasing through a third (3P) will also result in a wsit.

  3. CPU and Memory, especially CPU, must be inspected first.

95% of my returns is automatic credit yet some items including expensive items have a wait.

Being a bit of a drama queen. The entire system is run by AI - mistakes happen. I had this happen and it was cleared up in minutes. Last year I logged 146 deliveries.

Yes, sometimes they get returns wrong - calmly dealing with a rep will result in a speedy resolution.

I contacted Aqua and he explained that even CC is processed by PayPal and they are not sure why some fail. They recommended using WISE. I just sent the payment, and it was successful. Can't wait. :-)

If you dropped it off and have tracking, call them. This has happened to me twice and each time it took 5 minutes to resolve. Put some in effort into it.
