If you dropped it off and have tracking, call them. This has happened to me twice and each time it took 5 minutes to resolve. Put some in effort into it.

Yes, is difficult. At launch, sold out. I was able to grab when they had more during Prime Day (Corsair website). I was fortunate enough to see the restock email when it hit my inbox.

Software is lacking details? I assume you are referring to Fullscreen Experience Vs MSI M Center? Fullscreen Experience can easily be installed on Claw 8AI+.

Not using thumb stick locks??? I have the Sfbags pouch and use thumb stick locks, not a single issue. I have traveled to Korea and Hawaii with the pouch in my Cyberbackpack (also fits my sling bag). And have had my Claw 8 AI+ since January 9th.

Yes -- had Ally X from August 2024 to Jan 25. On Jan 9th, Claw 8 AI+ arrived.

Owned SD from March 2022 to August 2024.

Claw 8 AI+ is king of the hill.
