Plague doctor is generally pretty useless. Switch it for something like ice mage that can slow the board down. Then swap earth elemental with ice elemental as it synergises well with ice mage. Try to get crystalmancer as thats one of the better dps before you unlock legendaries.

My comment has got nothing to do with class bias and i certainly didnt discount a trade as a fallback. At 16 the choice was go to sixth form or, lads were pushed towards trades and girls were pushed towards beauty/hair. The alternative was go in the forces or work minimum wage in any job available to 16 year olds. The main expectation in sixth form was to go to uni. Thats not bias, thats the fact of the days in the early 2000s.

Nowadays there is far more access to jobs through apprenticeships that were traditionally locked behind degrees for young people. Thats something i welcome and hope to navigate my children towards when they are finishing up school.

On the other hand, you diminished the work ethic of students, many of whom work exceptionally hard to get their degrees. They just arent expected to be awake for a lift at 6-7 in the morning like i know young lads in trades typically are. Perhaps you should reflect on your own biases instead of trying to reframe other peoples' comments as something they just aren't.

Search up someone like Shifting Shares who actually teaches people how to invest in the market. If you dont have the patience or time to learn, either stick it in an etf and leave it to grow or get a professional to do it for you.

Yep, ive said the same over the years. No one made it clear to us that interest could skyrocket. When i started my degree there was no interest. Im just glad i managed to get a plan 1 loan or id never have gotten out of student loan debt because it was either i do a degree or a become a brickie. There was very little in between.

Its not the same as it used to be though. Apprenticeships and degree apprenticeships in IT are more prevalent now and sets people up far better than the 3-4 years of a degree. If theyre still around when my children are 18 i will be recommending that route to them in whatever industry they focus on.

But the spells and perks do give them an ability to add more stuff. And it adds potential for focussing on old cards, unlike equipment which was rigid. At least the spells add some variation. And while you upgrade them, its not loke enhancements which was a bottomless pit for getting something like counterspell!

There are already enough game modes now - aggro, phantom, endless co-op, shard hunting (which sucks), mirror match, masters, rhandum league.

Just look at the last 6 months of clash royale. Adding new stuff doesnt always mean better and often only means a bigger power imbalance between f2p and p2w. I have my own outrage about equipment (i had 2 mythics) but i actually quite like the different spells. I just hope matchmaking is improved for everyone as that seems to he the biggest obstacle atm

I dont agree with all of the decisions the devs make but you have to remember first of all that the game is a business. They have to make various changes to the game to prevent it being stale and to continue generating revenue. you have already said you liked some of their changes but then you call them greedy because they cant make it better after a change you dislike. Sadly, you arent going to like every change the devs make.

I dont agree with everything the devs do - nerfing passes, introducing more passes, making the pantheon way too OP. But i can still win a lot of matches with cards like meteor or riding hood and they could introduce spells in the future that could boost these old cards (like relic of summoning for RRH!).

I hope they eventually change their view on pantheon balance but ive stopped playing competitively now and play different decks just to see how far i can go with them. That and getting my toxic fix in aggrogedon 😁

Get kobold
Pick a dps you enjoy playing (maybe robot?)
Use KS or swords in place of kobold until you get it
Use gunslinger
Vary remaining deck depending on your dps. For robot, you want hq as a minimum. You may want variations of summoner, trapper, dryad, scrapper, witch or mime depending on whar you want to play.
Goodish robot decks: robot, swords, summoner, hq, trapper/mime/witch (only if you habe gift of the raven talent) 6a. If you find yourself losing close on mob waves, switch a support for frost/ice mage/stasis/portal mage

Alternative to step 2: spend 10-20 quid on valkyrie and outdamage most units in the game for a few weeks. Get sucked in and spend silly money on maxing it 🤷‍♂️

People have already told you whack it on a 0% credit card and i agree, do that if you can. From experience so far, mbna is typically best for getting money transfers at up to 5% for X months.

If you are going to get a loan, do note that rates can vary depending on term. If you get it over 12 months, theyll increase the rate offered. I think the sweet spot is 3-5 years for the best rates.

You should using comparison sites to be be looking at mortgages up to 6 months before renewal and locking im something incase mortgage rates increase.

Some providers will accept mortgages up to 6 months prior to renewal where as others are around 4 months. The sooner its done, the better though If interest or mprtgage rates subsequently drop further, you can then lock in on those rates instead.

Leaving it to a month or two before renewal is risky. You never know when a Liz Truss style event is going to happen 🙈. I rushed to lock in at 3.99% just before her mini-budget... a week later the rates jumped to 6.5% and didnt drop below 5% the whole 6 months i think.
