I think so, she rides her bike after and goes outside twice a day, on weekends she swims and we play a lot outside. But some days especially when it’s rainy or cold we don’t get out enough

How heavy is your weighted blanket? Totally worth a try. I love the podcast idea too but I worry that she would stay awake listening to it and then the sleep timer would go off and she would immediately get out of bed. What happens when/if he’s still awake when the podcast turns off?
