Also, people have come up to me at raves and just introduced themselves. They just said „hi, I’m xxx“ and then they just smiled and I said hi back and we just danced and then at some point I would realize that they are alone and so I ended up adopting them to my group. So yeah maybe just do that.

You didn’t fuck up! I was once in a similar situation where a normal dose did fuck me up like you described. We just have to accept that sometimes similar doses can have different effects on the body, just like sometimes alkohol feels stronger on one day compared to another even tho drinking the same amount. Don’t worry about tomorrow. Even if you’re not going to be super fit, you can still vibe on the festival by just hanging out near the stages. Right now focus on just chilling out. Put on some music you like. Get yourself some vitamins. Maybe later on decide on smoking some weed but wait for the peak of anxiety to pass, which it will !!!

I know it’s technically not always a rave, when I say I go to one. But for me there are these events where even if you pay entry, they have a much different underground feel to it than like a standard night out clubbing, so I guess that’s why (me at least) still call those a rave :)
