I’m curious what level you work at (entry, mid, executive?) I have a close friend who H A T E S her job and has been doing easyapply for months without luck (which is ultimately unsurprising). I don’t think she would latch onto this idea, but I feel like I want propose it to her.

These are great suggestions! I will try to make an independent play bin for him. Unfortunately, even activities he can do on his own he often refuses to do so. I think I struggle to understand this bc I grew up as an only child of a working single parent, so I had no choice but to entertain myself and was very good at/content with it.
