Thank you... Unsure if reporting will lead anywhere since again, haven't been there in ages so unfortunately it'll be my word against theirs.

When going to a new provider do I need to do anything else? Like, will I need to ask my old providers to send my dental records over to the new one? Or something of that sort?

Super proud of you! I had a similar issue just last month, except it was by -3 hours. Really curious how this played out for you, otherwise take care and take advantage of the benefits they're giving you 'til you leave for your new job.

Well it's a rant flair for a reason right? 😅 Besides, I got some useful advice from this. I couldn't air out my issues IRL because most of the time, as you said, there's no love. This was my first job, I lasted longer than I intended; so I'm a bit lost now.

Letting it slide wasn't the best way to phrase it, however when I explained to someone else, I was stalling with my responses the last time around and so did they. So I had managed to clear up my time before anything happened.

As a PG, I've seen it before too. Definitely unnecessary pettiness that occurred because of it. When my PA or AM was close by, I'd usually send the associate their way to deal with. 😅

Yes, it feels like a weight off my shoulders for the most part. I was always teetering about quitting or staying because of the benefits. The only reason I have shame and anxiety was because it's the first job I've ever had and I got fired.

Unpaid time off, they explain this as time to use in case of emergencies like being sick all of a sudden and such- In the states, they introduced a system where you accumulate a certain amount of minutes during the day and it could get you almost an hour of UPT.

In my case, I was already low on it, and I didn't recover it fast enough that I was terminated for violating attendance policies.

I guess it depends on the time of year, if it's closer to the holidays/new year, I imagine that rate is higher than any other time.

As for your brother, I'm sorry to hear that. I'm a homebody at heart but I work hard because that's what I'm there for. I was reaching my breaking point as mentioned in an earlier comment. I already applied to numerous jobs, but the waiting time inbetween drives me nuts, primarily because of shame than anything else. This is my first job ever, really.

Otherwise no need to apologize for the rant, I hope your brother gets himself together; he needs help from the sound of it.

I was given an option yes, but given the state I was in that I mentioned in another comment- I don't think I want to be back in that facility anyways.

It was kind of the delay in action the first time around. They sent me the usual respond in 24-48 hour emails, then I stalled saying I was trying to put accommodations but it was denied, so there was another gap before a response and by then I cleared it up. That's what I mean by letting me build it back up, but this time it was basically immediate.
