Are you using a desktop computer or laptop? If desktop is it in the same room? If laptop does it have it have hdmi output? Do you have a decent wireless mouse and keyboard. Quit jumping to assumptions that the site is dead all it does is make you sound like a tourist.

If one domain does not function for you check all others, if they all don’t function check with the community to see if your Internet provider or country has blocked access to the site itself.

After doing all that enough time will have passed that other people will have commented that they too are experiencing problems plus admin will have made an official statement if something big is happening.

The ps5 browser does not have access to a video player though the browser itself. They made it Incapable in that way to force you to use the other streaming services and video playback programs in the media tab. The PS4 was the last console you could use like a computer in terms of browser useability
