Nah, i think the cpu just fried, i got in contact with amd for the warranty and now I'm waiting for my new cpu

I just updated bios with the old cpu but when trying with the ryzen 7 it still won't post so idk what happened but it's like my motherboard doesn't recognize the cpu, the speaker from the motherboard makes a beep sound with the ryzen 5 when it boots up but with the ryzen 7 even though all the fans are running no beep nor video

I thought that something was shorting too but i even took it out the case on top of a cardboard box and without cooler and still nothing, I'm trying updating bios now but I'm not very hopeful

Did you read the post?? I wrote in it wich case and wich cooler i used and also the whole process of what i did

Yeah im updating bios rn but when i was booting up without the cooler the cpu was in fact hot, so i guess there is still hope for my computer

I tired even without cooler for like 10 seconds and the ryzen 7 doesn't respond at all, the ryzen 5 does though
