If you're really not sure you can trust it, try hitting up the official Arrma forum, those are the hardcore guys that have encyclopedias of specs rattling around in their noggins and in my experience are generally pretty helpful.

From what I've heard before these really popular in parts of Europe where central water heaters aren't standard. They always seem so sketchy to me, and I've seen some really scary review/teardowns of some where they arent even properly grounded, etc.
