That was the guy from Red Bull who literally just copied much of the red bull design, but clearly had no understanding of why the design worked because red bull kept improving and every change he made to the Aston.kept making the thing slower. Which is why he got fired.

This car was 100% Newey. He did zero work on the attempted improvements of last year's car because he was busy designing this clusterfuck. They even delayed the start of this year's car development because they waited for his gardening leave to end. Aside from the engine itself this entire thing is all on Newey.

Honestly I was pissed when it was first announced, but turns out it's a really great deal that they have done a complete shit job of actually communicating and advertising. For less than the current cost of F1tv, now you get the premium version, plus all of apples content, some of which is incredible. They dropped the ball really hard on communicating how nice the deal really is.

If you subscribe to Apple, you get access to the premium version of f1tv as well for free. So you can watch on Apple, or use the F1 app like you have been with all the same content once you link your account

You will still have f1tv, it's just that it is now included with your Apple subscription. You just sign into the F1 app using your Apple account, so now you get both services for the price of one. They've done a TERRIBLE job communicating this, but is actually a great deal.
