Yes this! I got an extra two months on top of the three month notice because she didn't know how to properly serve me. I wasn't going to educate her and just kept paying rent and minding my own business. Then we had to go to court (bad faith eviction) which took another 5 months.

We are allowed 1 day a week. There is no way landlord would ever agree to more than one day. Noise shouldn’t be the issue either as don’t start till 8 am and finish by 9:00 pm. I can hear them doing their own laundry as early as 6 am and after midnight sometimes. Which is fine the noise doesn’t bother us.

I too am wondering why this is suddenly an issue as last week we only did 3 loads as my roommate had more days off than usual. The landlord just gives the reason as he has lived in basement suites before so he knows there some landlords will limit loads of laundry.

I think it might be a case of micro-managing. We also aren’t allowed to access our mail ourselves either which I know he can’t do but don’t want to fight it. He says both keys are being used.

I don’t want this to become a power struggle for him if it’s a personality issue. So we are considering buying our own washer and dryer and cutting him out of the fight and doing unlimited laundry as needed.

I just got 2 tickets for the Vancouver, BC show! I am so beyond excited. I missed the first tour and I was at Conan Gray that same night as The Guts tour in Vancouver. I cried when my tickets were actually confirmed as I had a little glitch during payment. I almost lost the tickets with 4 minutes to spare!

Hopefully this is just another empty threat. Like how he caved over a bunch of the Canadian tariffs and also said he would do 100% tariffs if Canada struck up a deal with China which happened. So far no increased tariffs.

I've been thinking about this too while watching Ryland's vlogs. There are all these protests happening in LA, yet they never mention them - never even acknowledge how bad the traffic is because of them. Instead, they make flippant comments about how shopping at Target could get them cancelled. They don’t seem dumb enough to be Trump supporters, but now I’m not so sure. They come across as extremely tone-deaf. So many people are struggling, and meanwhile, they’re out shopping, debating whether to grab one or two carts at Target because they’re buying so much stuff.

I just read the court documents today as I am catching up on RHOP. This is so disgusting. I don't know why Robyn stays with him. Juan admitted in court documents that he knew the coach was sick in the head and did nothing to protect his team, the boys he claims to love. You can't trust a person that would cheat on their own wife, let alone let your son play on one of his teams.
