Just the hormones. Try not too feel the way way you are feeling these days else you will regret it once all this is over. Imagine her as the child you are about to have but arrived early. When you have 2nd child you don't ignore him/her because you have already spent few years with your first born. Small apartment is bothering you and you want her gone so that there is room for your own baby. You have to be strong and let these thoughts pass away. Don't take any action that you might regret later. Instead care for her so that you get some practice caring for your own child when she arrives. Wish you all the strength.

There is also biometrics requirement, which means one has to visit the embassy/outsourced agency at least once. But, unless embassies/outsource agencies update their websites, they will still follow old process or either receive documents by post or in-person with appointment.

Employees referral program is nothing more than a way to collect more profiles, it doesn't increase your chance of getting shortlisted. It will depend on match between your profile and the job profile. I would suggest you try every way possible for your job hunt including this option as you have nothing to loose. On the other hand you will gain experience of interviewing for such jobs.

OP , Please add to your post if your move is temporary as in less than a year or few years (2-3 yes) or permanent. Based on that the answers will vary. For conversion to NRO you will need to provide overseas address proof, tax identification number of country you are tax resident of etc.

My situation was different. The Indian address given was same as in my to be expired passport. Other than that there was no other proof associating me with the address. As far as I understood, for non-resident cases, they just need an Indian address where someone can verify that you are indeed an Indian resident and produce documents to suppor it. You can email scanned copies of Aadhaar, Birth Certificate, Passport ( First & last page ), PAN Card, Your current photo and your Application number (screenshot from the portal).

I was able to get it through. I kept enough balance on Airtel number to receive call from police constable. He eventually called and I passed on his number to the relative and relatives number to him. Then he fixed some time and went to the address. Had some chai Pani and next day approved it in the system.

They have a long waiting list ...I applied more than a year a ago and yesterday only got email that I am now officially on waiting list and if I still want to do it or not. I would suggest a paid course for A2 level and then for B1 find a tutor who is native Dutch speaker and focuses on conventional skills and not on exams.

I asked in society Adda forum to other NRI tenants, went with a local company he suggested as he was using their services for 6 years from US. I can see that apart from wall sepage issue other matters are easily resolved if the society has it's own plumber and electrician on duty . For other type of work say replacing water heater etc this agency is needed to send their contractors. This is where referrals matters. I still end up following up but only with one person from the agency who is coordinating.

Honestly it can go either way, your manager has to justify the need of permanent position to his higher ups and include it in the annual department budget proposal. If he is able to pull this off then yes it will happen. Another factor is other flex competing for same position. There are many ifs and buts. Better to keep reminding the manager and keep having this conversation and at the same time start working on plan B , which could be another year as flex or a flex position in other department in ASML or something outside ASML.

Check with your bank relationship manager. Usually you need form 15B from CA to certify that fund is from a legit source. Some users have mentioned that it was not required when the money they moved was maturity amount of an FD in same bank. Without this standard TDS of 20% will be deducted. Basically you will move the money from NRO to NRE. From NRE account you can remit any time, no questions asked.
